Centralized & Readily Available: accessible 24 x 7. Optimized for search engines to attract new users to the site.
Expandable and Accurate: there's no limit to the number of organizations that can register with the site. And since they enter the information first-hand, it never gets lost in translation.
Always Up-to-Date: as soon as an organization adds or updates any information, it's immediately available to the site's users. If an organization's records ever go more than 6 months without an update, its contact person is automatically emailed a reminder to review and update its information. (If subsequent reminders go unheeded, an administrator is automatically notified).
Comprehensive: Each program listing displays over 30 pieces of information including contact information, description, eligibility, areas served, map link, schedule, languages spoken, registration requirements, parking & transportation, volunteer opportunities, public resources, and more.
Easy to Use: users can search or browse for services, either by type of program or by agency name. The search engine understands that different people use different words to search for the same thing. Whether you search for "jobs for the disabled", "disability careers" or "handicapped employment", it'll turn up the same programs.
Simple to Administer: a web control panel allows an authorized administrator to add, update, disable/enable, or remove any record, as well as run reports. The administrator is also automatically notified by email whenever agencies or programs are added or removed from the site.
